12 Professional BC artists explore the intersections between magic, realism, and disability.

Thanks for coming to the art exhibit.  We do hope you enjoyed the work as much as the artists enjoyed making the work and we, as the curators, enjoyed mounting it for you.

One of the benefits of knowing the curator is that you get to peek at the show early, as it is being installed, all by yourself without distraction. The art exhibited here is completely impressive. Go and see! Well worth the time spent (and I didn't even get a glass of wine!)

I'm so glad people are looking at the catalogue and appreciating the art and letting us know in this guestbook. I'm so excited about how well it has all turned out. Keep up the feedback, and if you're in Vancouver come and see the real thing!

Thank you for posting this beautiful catalogue online so that those of us who live far, far away from Vancouver (not necessarily in a galaxy far, far away ... although Ottawa could be described that way) are able to peruse and enjoy the artwork. The artists' written words, and the co-curators' essay as well, add a magical dimension to the images. I only wish I could visit the exhibit in person.

This is amazing; being able to see amazing artwork like this and all the expression and emotion that they bring out. Just seeing the art on the website is inspiring; I wish I could've seen it in person.
Thank you!

The artwork is very impressive, by the way they peice together everything to make make the surfaces look visibly touchable. It's amazing to see what they can do to make me so inspired!

This was such an enriching, beautiful show. I know many of the artists who participated in this (as well as "Connections"). It's difficult to convey the confidence and sense of accomplishment that takes shape during/after an event like this. Inspiring on so many levels, thank you!
