Bio
I was born in England and I am inspired by landscape and country English gardens, I enjoy art. I come from a family of artists. My mother and my niece are artists. I am an artist too! I have started painting landscapes, and I like to paint flowers. I am enjoying exploring clay. My mother also worked in clay and I remember her sculpting at home when I was young. My family and friends are a source of inspiration and love for me. It is fun to be together in a class with my friends I am able to try new things. I am learning to develop and design my own work!

Artist Statement
One day I was walking by the side of the road and a car hit me and now I am in a wheelchair. My life is totally different now. Sometimes I feel very down. It is hard for me to be on my own and I need help in my own home with almost everything. I wish I could walk again. Although my life has changed, I remember that it is also full of people that love me and care about me. Art keeps me busy and gives me other things to think about. I enjoy painting landscapes and working with clay. It is like magic for me. I enjoy doing artwork. It occupies my thoughts. I wish I could walk in those cool misty woods in my paintings. They make me think of a fairy tale forest.
Painting gives me a good feeling. I feel a sense of humanity and being a part of a community when I paint. I like working in clay. It transforms my life and makes it better. I love how the clay is so soft and gentle and then the fire transforms it revealing the face within.
